Privacy policy
A clear account of the information used to create your certificates and keep your account working.
Effective October 14, 2026
Who to contact
This policy applies to CorpGlory at corpglory.com, based in the Netherlands. For questions about your information, access requests or deletion requests, contact turner@corpglory.com.
Information you provide
- Accounts: your name, email address and a protected password hash. We do not store your password as readable text.
- Saved certificates: the template, recipient name, certificate title, message, organization, signatory and date you choose to save.
- Support: information you choose to include in an email to us.
Only enter another person's information when you have a valid reason to use it. Do not include sensitive personal information in certificate text.
Creating a certificate without an account
You can preview and download a certificate without signing up. The information you enter is sent to our server to generate the PDF. Guest certificate content is not saved to an account or our certificate database. The downloaded file is stored wherever you choose on your device.
How information is used
We use account and certificate information to provide the service you request, authenticate access, save your work, generate downloads, respond to support requests and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell your personal information or use certificate recipient names as a mailing list.
Account email
When account email delivery is enabled, Twilio SendGrid processes the email address and message needed for email verification, password recovery and other requested account actions. These are service messages. Creating an account does not subscribe you to promotional email. Marketing subscriptions, if offered in the future, will require a separate choice.
Account email delivery is not enabled at launch. Until it is available, the interface identifies unavailable email actions and provides our support contact. It does not claim that an email has been sent.
Cookies and technical information
We use an essential session cookie to keep your sign-in and protect form requests. The service also processes connection information, including IP addresses, for security and rate limits. Server logs can record request paths, status codes and technical errors. Certificate content and passwords are not intentionally included in these logs.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site. Account emails are configured without open or click tracking. Essential cookies cannot be switched off within the application; you can remove them in your browser, which signs you out.
Storage and service providers
Account records and saved certificates are stored on the server hosting CorpGlory, with access restricted to operating the service. Hosting providers and, when enabled, our email delivery provider process information needed to provide their services. Their infrastructure may be located outside your country.
Retention and your choices
Saved account information remains available while you maintain your account. You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your information by contacting us. You can also delete your account and its saved certificates from the account controls in the studio. Deletion ends access to saved work. Files you have already downloaded remain on your own device.
Security records and support correspondence may be retained for resolving operational issues. If a technical backup contains earlier records, those copies are kept separately from the live service until the backup is replaced or removed.
Policy changes
We will update this page when the way the service handles information changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
