Terms of use

The practical terms for using the CorpGlory certificate studio.

The service

CorpGlory provides editable certificate templates, PDF generation and optional accounts for saving certificates. The features currently shown in the studio are free to use. No payment information is requested at launch. If paid features are introduced, their price and terms will be shown before you purchase them.

Your account

Provide an email address you control, choose a strong password and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact turner@corpglory.com if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.

Account email delivery is being introduced. Email verification and automated password recovery are unavailable until delivery is enabled. Guest certificate downloads remain available without an account.

Your certificate content

You retain ownership of the names, text and other content you provide. You allow us to process that content only as needed to create, store and deliver the certificates you request. Ensure that you have permission to use names and organization details that you include.

Certificates are documents you create. CorpGlory does not accredit courses, verify employment or independently certify the achievements stated in them. Do not present a certificate as an official qualification or endorsement that its issuer has not granted.

Template use

You may use certificates generated with our templates for personal, workplace and organizational recognition, including printing and sharing completed PDFs. This permission does not transfer ownership of CorpGlory's brand or the underlying website software.

Using the service fairly

Do not attempt to access another person's account, disrupt the service, distribute unlawful content or automate requests in a way that prevents others from using the studio. We may limit requests and restrict accounts where necessary to protect the service.

Availability and saved work

We aim to keep the studio available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Download copies of documents you need to retain. Features and templates may change as the product develops.

Closing your account

You can delete your account and saved certificates from the studio's account controls, or request assistance by email. Deleted saved work is no longer available through your account.
